If a video is missing or its numbers look off, it’s usually a sync or reporting-delay issue rather than a tracking problem.

A video is missing

1

Refresh your videos

In the Create links tab, run Refresh video descriptions to re-sync titles, thumbnails, and metadata from YouTube. New uploads appear after a sync.
2

Confirm the channel

Make sure the video belongs to the YouTube channel you connected. If you manage several channels, the video may be on a different one. See Connect your YouTube account.
3

Check the video's status

Private or deleted videos behave differently from public ones. A deleted video may still appear with historical data but won’t gain new metrics.

Metrics look low or incomplete

YouTube’s reporting pipeline can lag by up to 72 hours. Views, watch time, subscribers, and anything derived from them for the most recent few days may be incomplete and rise later as YouTube finalizes its data.
Clicks, conversions, and revenue come from contentgrove’s own tracking and are not affected by YouTube’s delay. If those look wrong, see Tracking isn’t recording clicks.

Still missing?

If a public video on the connected channel still doesn’t appear after a refresh, contact support@contentgrove.io with the video URL.
