Let your videos sync

Your videos and their metadata import automatically and appear in contentgrove.
You can connect more than one channel to the same workspace from Settings → Channels, and their data is combined in that workspace. See How organizations and workspaces work.

What contentgrove can and can’t do

contentgrove only reads from your channel. It never posts, deletes, or edits your content on its own. The one exception is optional: when you generate a tracking link, you can choose to have contentgrove add or update that link in the video’s description.

A note on data freshness

YouTube’s own reporting pipeline can delay metrics by up to 72 hours. Numbers for the most recent few days, such as views, watch time, and subscribers, may be incomplete at first and rise later as YouTube finalizes them.

Refresh your data

contentgrove syncs automatically, but you can pull the latest titles, thumbnails, and descriptions on demand using Refresh video descriptions in the Create links tab. Use it after you upload new videos or edit descriptions directly on YouTube. If your channel isn’t showing the right videos, see My video isn’t showing up.
