Message us in the app

When you’re signed in to contentgrove, the quickest way to reach us is the help widget.

Open the help widget

Click the help icon in the bottom-right corner of the app.

Start a message

Choose to send us a message or ask a question.

Send it

Describe what’s going on and send. Replies come to your email, so you don’t have to keep the app open.
Sending from inside the app is best because you’re already signed in — we can see which account you’re writing from, so there’s less back-and-forth.

Email us

You can also reach us any time at support@contentgrove.io. To help us answer on the first reply, send from the email address on your account and include:
  • Your workspace name.
  • The link, video, or URL involved, if it’s about something specific.
  • A short description of what you expected and what happened instead.

When to expect a reply

We read every message and reply by email, usually within one business day. More involved issues can take a little longer, and we’ll keep you posted while we look into it.

Many questions have a quick answer in the docs. If something isn’t working, these pages often solve it faster than waiting on a reply:
