Choose to send us a message or ask a question.

Describe what’s going on and send. Replies come to your email, so you don’t have to keep the app open.
Email us
You can also reach us any time at support@contentgrove.io. To help us answer on the first reply, send from the email address on your account and include:- Your workspace name.
- The link, video, or URL involved, if it’s about something specific.
- A short description of what you expected and what happened instead.
When to expect a reply
We read every message and reply by email, usually within one business day. More involved issues can take a little longer, and we’ll keep you posted while we look into it.Check these first
